of top residential firm in Tulsa for the next 30 years. |
| 1961 | Joe McGraw joins sales staff of Crouch Davisson Mulhall in May. He sells his first house at 37th & Lewis. |
| 1965 | Joe McGraw, Carol VanSchoyck and Peyton Breckenbridge form new real
estate firm with offices downtown. |
| 1975 | Bob Traband and Bill Stewart (TKT) partner with Crouch Davisson Mulhall
to create commercial real estate division. |
| 1975 | Rodger Erker and Hank Grimmer join McGraw Breckenridge. |
| 1976 | Name changed to Crouch Davisson Stewart. |
| 1986 | Crouch Davisson Stewart merges with McGraw Breckenridge and changes name to McGraw Davisson Stewart in offices on Harvard - now at 4612 S. Harvard. |
| 1988 | 81st & Sheridan office opens to facilitate new construction boom emerging in South Tulsa. |
| 1995 | Jenks office opens as Creek Nation Turnpike enhances growth west of Arkansas River. |
| 1999 | Owasso offices open to service burgeoning residential market. |
| 2000 | Grand Lake office opens in Langley to handle residential boom at this lake. |
| 2001 | Coweta and Claremore offices created as market area expands beyond Tulsa. |
| 2001 | Company investor John Woolman, a successful builder/developer, comes to McGraw as President and Joe McGraw remains an active member of executive management as Chairman |
