After gaining a tremendous experience in the Commercial Retail and Office industries at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Neil was offered a partnership at McGraw Realtors, Oklahoma's largest privately owned real estate company, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2003. Currently in Oklahoma, Neil represents such national clients as: Quizno's, Edward D. Jones Investments, Marco's Pizza, Medicine Shoppes International, State Farm Insurance, Humana, Paul Mitchell Schools & Salons, Access Fitness & Fit For Her, GolfUSA & SourceONE Car Wash Co.

Since joining McGraw, Neil has consistently increased the profitability of the company and was recently honored as a Top Producer for helping his team exceed $40 Million in transactions in 2007.

Upon graduation, Neil started in the Partner Program at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, working on the H&R Block account. Soon after, he was promoted to the Edward D. Jones account where he worked closely with the client and was responsible for providing real estate solutions which included market research, site selection, contract negotiation, and construction coordination.

In his three years at Colliers, Neil was able to complete over 300 real estate transactions, valued at over $30 Million.

After attending the University of Oklahoma Alisha Bennett, a Tulsa native, enjoyed exceptional success launching 12 restaurant brands with an excess of 40 units in 17 cities in 7 states while employed at Hal Smith Restaurant Group.  Restaurant concepts included Boomerang Grill, Charleston’s, Coach’s, JR’s Bar-B-Q, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts franchise (Oklahoma, West Texas and Arkansas), Louie’s Deli & Bar, On the Border franchise, RedRock Canyon Grill, Pearl’s Lakeside, Ted’s Café Escondido, Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill and Mahogany Prime Steakhouse.

During her fourteen years as a professional in the Oklahoma City Metro her experience also included participation in Oklahoma City MAPS Downtown Revitalization, vast retail development in the City of Moore and the University of Oklahoma Campus Corner Renovation all of which included development and re-development of retail, office and restaurant real estate.

Returning to Tulsa in early 2008, Alisha embarked upon a venture with McGraw Realtors, the largest privately owned real estate company in Tulsa, to create McGraw Commercial Properties thus allowing her to utilize her extensive background in business development and commercial real estate.  Alisha’s participation in the land speculation process and development of commercial real estate includes negotiating real estate contracts and leases, orchestrating lending, inspections, appraisals, surveys and title work.  Alisha's real estate management experience and diverse knowledge provides her with a competitive advantage to help you accomplish any of your investment goals.  Her positive attitude and ambitious personality makes her a superior customer representative.
